PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit capable of obtaining sufficiently high power supply noise reduction effect while keeping the circuit area of a semiconductor chip small, and to provide an electronic circuit. SOLUTION: The electronic circuit includes: the semiconductor integrated circuit 20, where input sides of differential amplifiers 23_1 and 23_2 are connected to a power supply line 21_1 and a ground line 21_2 through first and second coupling capacitors 24_1 and 24_2; and a circuit board 10. In the electronic circuit, the circuit board 10 is mounted with: a decoupling capacitor 12_1 having enough decoupling capacity C<SB>D-EXT</SB>for achieving Miller effect nearby an external electric power input terminal 22_1 and an external output terminal 25_1 of the semiconductor integrated circuit 20; and a decoupling capacitor 12_2 having enough decoupling capacity C<SB>D-EXT</SB>for achieving Miller effect nearby an external electric power input terminal 22_2 and an external output terminal 25_2 of the semiconductor integrated circuit 20.
