DUST ADHESION-PREVENTING METHOD OF EMITTED GAS PIPE AND CYCLONE OF WASTE MELTING FURNACE, AND ITS APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust adhesion-preventing method of an emitted gas pipe and cyclone of a waste melting furnace which is capable of preventing the adhesion of dust to the inside of an emitted gas pipe and a cyclone by blowing powder with a high melting point into an exhaust gas containing dust emitted from a waste melting furnace to incorporate the same to dust and preventing the fusion or curing due to coagulation of dust to control the adhesion force, and to provide its apparatus.

SOLUTION: The dust adhesion-preventing method of the emitted gas pipe and cyclone of the waste melting furnace to prevent the fusion and curing of dust is characterized by adding calcium carbonate to the emitted gas pipe, which is connected to the cyclone 3 to collect the dust from the exhaust gas containing the dust emitted from the waste melting furnace 1 and the waste melting furnace 1, to introduce the exhaust gas into the cyclone 3 by means of a calcium carbonate addition apparatus 9 and incorporating calcium carbonate to the dust.
