<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric fuse determination circuit capable of retrieving the electric fuse data with high speed and reliably and of enhancing the reliability of an electric fuse. <P>SOLUTION: This electric fuse determination circuit comprises: a first electric fuse element 14 of which one end is connected with a high voltage side (Vpp_ov side); a second electric fuse element 15 of which one end is connected with a low voltage side (Vbb_ud side); a setting circuit (1, 6, 8, 9, 2, 7, 3, 10) bringing any one of the first electric fuse element 14 and the second electric fuse element 15 in a conductive state; and a determination circuit (11, 12, 13) evaluating a voltage level of a predetermined contact point (node A) connecting the other end of the first electric fuse element 14 with the other end of the second electric fuse element 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
