PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current mirror circuit of which the current characteristics can be controlled without increasing circuit scale as much as possible. SOLUTION: The current mirror circuit 21 is constituted by inserting a resistance element 22 of which the resistance value R1 is determined in order to obtain desired current characteristics between a drain of a FET 1 and gates of FETs 1 and 2 connected in common. Mirror ratio M becomes dependent on a resistance value R2 of a resistance element 4 and the resistance value R1 of the resistance element 22, so that the current characteristics of the current mirror circuit 21 are set to be linear by adjusting the resistance value R1.
