PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a robot camera calculating device capable of calculating a camera parameter for photographing an object with composition desired to be photographed in accordance with the position of a camera. SOLUTION: The robot camera parameter calculating device 5 has: a robot camera data collecting part (camera position inputting means) 51 for inputting information of a three-dimensional position of a robot camera; a shot memory storing part (object information storing means) 52 for storing the information of the three-dimensional position of the object and information for specifying the size of a photographing area; and a robot camera driving data calculating part (object distance calculating means, photographing direction calculating means, focus value calculating means and zoom value calculating means) 53 for calculating information indicating a photographing direction, a focus value and a zoom value on the basis of the information of the three-dimensional position of the robot camera, information of the three-dimensional position of the object, and information for specifying the size of the photographing area.
