PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive film attaining both low resistance and high light-beam transmittance on a general thermoplastic resin film used for an optical film without applying a heat-resistant treatment such as in a hard-coat layer. SOLUTION: By making a transparent conductive layer 2 from zinc oxide excellent in crystallinity even at low temperature, a transparent conductive layer with excellent crystallinity can be formed on a film even at low temperature, and the conductive transparent film with excellent transparency and intensity can be manufactured. Further, by forming a carbon film 3 containing hydrogen on the zinc oxide transparent layer 2, durability under high-temperature high-humidity conditions can be improved. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
