PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, program, recording medium and apparatus for efficiently creating a network for routing examination while ensuring a routing image. SOLUTION: For the creation of a network comprising a wiring pattern indicative of the scale of a printed wiring board, information about components mounted on the printed wiring board is stored and attention is given to the number of terminals of the components. This enables an understanding of a part corresponding to the skeleton of the printed wiring board without using circuit symbols.
