PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a mounting structure of an alarm which can mount by strongly fixing the alarm to a mounting face, even if an un-threaded nail, a pin or the like are used for fixing in the mounting face of the alarm. SOLUTION: With the structure, the alarm is mounted on the mounting face through a fixture 1. The fixture 1 has a plurality of mounting parts 2, 3. In the mounting parts 2, 3, fixing sections 4 and 5 which have a plurality of inclination apertures 4c, 4d, 5c, 5d to which the nail 6 or the pin for fixing are inserted in diagonal direction, respectively, wherein a plurality of inclination apertures 4c, 4d, and the inclination apertures 5c, 5d are formed by approaching mutually and formed in the different directions A1, A2, and the different directions A3, A4.
