PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide methods for fast reading training enabling a user to easily acquire far more excellent ability of fast reading in a much shorter training period than in a conventional method. SOLUTION: The methods for fast reading training as follows are provided: (1) a method for fast reading training wherein a trainee is made to read sentences in a text while hearing meaningless sounds which are emitted from a sound source in a uniform rhythm and the number of which per unit time is gradually increased; (2) a method for fast reading training described in (1) wherein, before conducting the training of making the trainee hear the sounds in a uniform rhythm, at least one of the training methods selected from among the following is executed high-speed listening and reading, high-speed block reading, a moment swing method, a lifting method, and multi-line reading; (3) a method for fast reading training described in (1) or (2) wherein a break is provided during training, and blood flow is improved during the break to supply oxygen and nutrients to the brain.
