PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable clamp having a wire loosening prevention means, locking an outer casing of a window regulator installed between window glass stored in a door and an inner panel of the door to the inner panel, and preventing the window glass from being stained by favorably operating the wire loosening prevention means. SOLUTION: This cable clamp 201 comprises a mounting part 203 attached to the inner panel 50 and a wall 205 which extends from the mounting part 203 into the space between an outer casing 125 and the window glass 53 allows the movement of the outer casing 125 in the surface direction of the window glass 53, and prohibits the further movement thereof in the direction of the window glass 53 when the outer casing 125 is brought into contact therewith.
