PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic polyester combined filament yarn having excellent touch feeling, antistaticity, antistatic persistence, and dyed grade, good in process passableness in higher processing step(s), and excellent in operation stability and quality stability. SOLUTION: The antistatic polyester combined filament yarn is such that at least one component yarn constituting this filament yarn is an extrafine polyester combined filament yarn A having a single filament diameter of 300 nm to 2μm and containing a specific polyether-esteramide as an antistatic agent, wherein the polyether-esteramide is present as particles of specific shape in the fibers.
