PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable organic magnetic nanocomplex utilizable as an MRI contrast agent specifically and safely detecting and diagnosing a site including various cancers and diseases by specifically and efficiently accumulating in a target site after being administered to a living body, or utilizable for a magnetic field therapy. SOLUTION: This organic magnetic nanocomplex comprises magnetic metal oxide nano particles covered with a water-soluble carboxyalkyl-etherized polysaccharide and having 10 to 100 nm range total diameter, and a site-specific functional molecule covalently bonded with the polysaccharide through a linker.
