PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a square pot preventing a user from failing in seasoning by mistaking the volume of additive water when cooking square type instant noodle and facilitating work for serving the noodle after the cooking from the pot to a bowl or the like. SOLUTION: The square pot includes a body part 1 and a handle 2 attached thereto, wherein the body part 1 has a square shape whose inner lengthwise/breadthwise size is a little larger than the lengthwise/breadthwise size of general square instant noodles, and the handle 2 is attached to either one of the corner parts 3. Preferably, the handle 2 is configured to be extended in the diagonal direction of the body part 1 and be detachably attached to the body part, and water level scales 6 are formed on the outside face and/or inside face of the body part 1.
