[PROBLEMS] To provide a safe blood glucose level measuring system enabling prevention of medical accidents such as forgetting to measure the blood glucose level and forgetting to administer insulin. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] An unsubjected patient history processing section regularly searches an insulin administration instruction table, finds a patient, if any, whose blood glucose level is not measured, and records the fact in a patient history table. A subjected patient history processing section records, in the patient table, the patients whose blood glucose levels are measured and who are extracted from a blood glucose level measurement table downloaded from a blood glucose level measuring device. An unsubjected patient warning section regularly searches the patient history table and conducts a control to display a warning when a patient whose blood glucose level is not measured is found.
