<p>An information communication system and so forth which handle an attribute, enable the attribute not to be made public information, have high efficiency, and eliminate the need for a database. A generating means for a pseudonym and a validation tag outputs a validation tag and a pseudonym including the commitment of the secret key of a user device. A credential generating means outputs signature text to the validation tag and the pseudonym as a credential. In a credential ownership certificate means, the user device transmits the signature text to a verifier device and certificates that the validation tag is the commitment of the secret key to the verifier device. In a credential ownership verifying means, the verifier device verifies the signature text and verifies that the validation tag is the certificate of the commitment of the secret key.</p> |
