PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle body washing apparatus capable of uniformly and certainly washing a surface of a vehicle body while avoiding work failure at a low cost. SOLUTION: A hood riser 11 is arranged at a higher position than a vehicle height of the vehicle body 1 to be washed and at a lower position than a roof riser 12. Further, both risers 11, 12 are arranged in the state that the positions are deviated to each other in a conveying direction. The hood riser 11 and the roof riser 12 are also connected to a common washing liquid pressurization feeding means 15 through a three-way switching valve 16. Thereby, the washing liquid 6 of high pressure pressurized/fed from the washing liquid pressurization feeding means 15 is alternatively selected/fed to one of the hood riser 11 and the roof riser 12 by switching action of the three-way switching valve 16.
