<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescence display device which can prevent distortion and also prevent antenna effects by compensating the delay of a control signal to be transmitted to pixels. <P>SOLUTION: The organic electroluminescence display device includes a pixel section including a plurality of pixels, and control lines arranged between pixels in a first direction to supply control signals to the pixels, and data lines arrayed between pixels in a second direction crossing the first direction to supply data signals to the pixels, and further includes at least one buffer circuit formed for each of the control lines. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
