<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulating electric wire which has a sufficient fire-retardancy and is superior in scratch resistance and wear resistance than a conventional one. <P>SOLUTION: The insulating electric wire 10 has an inner layer 14 containing polystyrene covering the outer circumference of a conductor 12 and an outer layer 16 containing a polymer component containing an olefin system resin 10 parts by mass and a metal hydroxide 50-200 parts by mass covering the outer circumference of the inner layer 14, and the relations of the thickness X of the inner layer 14 and the thickness Y of the outer layer 16 is 1/Y≤X≤Y. It is better that polystyrene is contained in the inner layer 14 ≥50 mass%. Furthermore, it is desirable that the inner layer 14 has a filler content of 10 parts by mass or less to the polymer component 100 parts by mass of the inner layer 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
