摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive device for a vehicle, which uses a troidal type continuously variable transmission as a transmission, and is compactly structured. <P>SOLUTION: The drive device for the vehicle is preferably mounted on a hybrid vehicle having an internal combustion engine and a motor generator as a drive source. Specifically, the drive device for the vehicle has a power distribution mechanism constituted so as to distribute output of the internal combustion engine to a first motor generator and a first output shaft; the troidal type continuously variable transmission in which a first troidal speed change part for speed changing output of a second motor generator and a second troidal speed change part for speed changing the output of the internal combustion engine are coaxially constituted; and a second output shaft connected to the first output shaft and transmitting the output from the troidal type continuously variable transmission.
