<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an original pressing plate opening/closing device which can be attached to a main body of office equipment without causing backlash, and excels in operation feeling of an original pressing plate, and to provide office equipment. <P>SOLUTION: By providing a backlash preventing means for preventing backlash when detachably attaching an attaching member of the original pressing plate opening/closing device to the main body of the office equipment, an elastic force varying means in an elastic means elastically provided between the attaching member side and the supporting member side of the original pressing plate opening/closing device, and an elastic force adjusting means capable of finely adjusting the elastic force of the elastic means, the original pressing plate opening/closing device is attached to the main body of the office equipment without causing the backlash. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
