<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a keyboard device capable of effectively improving design of a keyboard musical instrument such as a keyboard and an electronic piano, by making a key highly decorative. <P>SOLUTION: In the keyboard device 1, a plurality of keys 10 including a main body section 20, a surface member 30 composed of a transparent or translucent acrylic resin material mounted on the main body 20, and a decorated layer 40 including decoration provided between the surface member 30 and the main body 20, are arranged. The decorated layer 40 may be decorated by colors or patterns or letters. The main body section 20 facing a surface member 30 in appearance section A may be a wood member 21, and the decorated layer 40 may include an irregularity section formed on a surface of the wood member 21.
