<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a polyester container-filled acidity-low-acidity beverage which can manufacture a polyester container-filled acidity-low-acidity beverage even if a polyester container of which the mouth is crystallized is not used, and moreover, is improved in productive efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: A polyester container of which the mouth is amorphous is led into a sterile closure space of which the apparatus surface formed on the whole surface of an inner wall of space and the space is sterilized by moist-heat heating by hot water and/or steam and also held by positive pressure by sterile air, at least the inner surface of the container is sterilized by moist-heat heating by hot water and/or steam, and thereafter the sterilized container is filled up with an acidity-low-acidity beverage at a filling temperature higher than 40° in the range of a temperature lower than a glass transition temperature settled by the moisture content of the container and sealed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
