<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording body which is manufactured by using an intermediate transfer medium and a medium to be transferred configured in such a manner that an easy-adhesion layer is stacked to one surface of a base material layer, strong in adhesion between each layer, regardless of the kind of the base material layer of the medium to be transferred and hardly forged, and to provide the manufacturing method of the information recording body. <P>SOLUTION: The information recording body is configured in such a manner that from the peeling layer of the intermediate transfer medium having the peeling layer and an adhesion layer used also as an image receiving layer on which information is recorded on at least one surface of a supporting base material layer in this order to the adhesion layer used also as the image receiving layer of the intermediate transfer medium is heated and transferred to the easy-adhesion layer surface of the medium to be transferred configured in such a manner that the easy-adhesion layer comprising at least a thermoplastic resin and thermally expandable particles is stacked to one surface of the base material layer. Heat expanded particles configured in such a manner that the thermally expandable particles are expanded are any one or more of colorless particles, coloring particles, particles excited by ultraviolet light, to emit light in a visible wavelength region and particles emitting light in an infrared wavelength region.
