<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable inverter-integrated electric compressor for an on-vehicle air conditioner in which vibration and deformation of a circuit board and a bus bar due to vehicle vibration are suppressed to prevent dropping off of an element, breakage of a solder joint and a weld, and a circuit short circuit. <P>SOLUTION: The electric compressor 1 has an inverter housing part 11 provided for the outer periphery of a housing 2, and an inverter device 20 is housed and installed inside the inverter housing part 11. A control substrate 26 forming the inverter device 20 is screwed/fixed to fixing-screw seat surfaces 29 arranged at a plurality of portions of the inverter housing part 11. At least one or more bases 40 are arranged on the inverter housing part 11 side, and the bases 40 having the same height as the fixing-screw seat surfaces 29 support positions near positions substantially in the middle portions between fixing screws of the control board 26 and/or positions near those positions on the control board 26 on which large components are placed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
