<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the cooling efficiency of a transformer by forming a path to transfer heat generated inside a transformer body directly from windings and a wound core to a vessel in the transformer equipped with the windings and the wound core as the transformer body. <P>SOLUTION: In the path to transfer heat from the windings 1, to the wound core 2, a fastening metal fixture 5 underneath an insulator 3, and the vessel 8 in this order, the shape of the fastening metal fixture 5 is extended to R parts 2a, 2a of the wound core 2. Since a heat receiving area for the fastening metal fixture 5 to receive heat directly from the wound core 2 increases more than conventional transformers, the heat amount to be transferred to the bottom 8a of the vessel 8 not through a cooling medium but through the fastening metal fixture 5 can be increased, improving the cooling efficiency of the transformer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
