<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fare adjustment apparatus by route recording method which can calculate a correct fare according to a course route, by recording an intermediate route, without requiring large-scale equipment. <P>SOLUTION: The fare adjustment apparatus by route recording method has a receiving unit for positional information 2 acquiring the positional information from GPS information. A position-route conversion unit 3 outputs route information by determining the route, based on the acquired position information. A course storing unit 4 stores the route information in time series. A control unit 5 outputs position information which is inputted from the position information receiving unit 2 to a position-route conversion unit 3l, inputs course information from the course storing unit 4 in time series, generates course specific information based on the course information, and outputs the course specific information to a non-contact IC module 1.
