<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably control temperature of a combustor by a simple process. <P>SOLUTION: A hydrogen and power generating system includes: a process in which it is determined whether a fuel cell-ion pump combination unit is in a hydrogen generation mode or in a power generation mode, and if it is determined to be in the hydrogen generation mode, the input amount electricity to the fuel cell-ion pump combination unit is controlled and the refining hydrogen amount is controlled; a process in which when it is determined to be in the power generation mode, the output amount electricity of the fuel cell-ion pump combination unit is controlled and the power generation amount is controlled; and a process in which based on the temperature of the combustor, the input amount electricity or the output amount electricity of the fuel cell-ion pump combination unit is corrected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
