EQUIPMENT AND METHOD FOR TRANSMITTING RESPONSE CHANNEL IN RADIO COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM USING RELAY SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide equipment and its method for transmitting a plurality of ACK channels to a host node simultaneously in a relay station of radio communications system using a relay system.

SOLUTION: The transmission method includes: a process of confirming ACK channel constitution information provided from a host node when receiving at least one ACK information from at least one lower node; a process of arranging at least one ACK channel for transmitting each ACK information so as to separate ACK information to at least one data scheduled from the host node by the ACK channel constitution information from ACK information to at least one retransmission data not scheduled from the host node; and a process of transmitting at least one ACK information to the host node through the arranged ACK channel. The ACK channels can be easily confirmed in the host node.
