PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal for achieving a function which can be used for a maintenance operation by recording all media necessary for the maintenance operation in a portable terminal. SOLUTION: This terminal 1 to be carried by a maintenance operator includes a program for maintenance and an information analysis function necessary for the maintenance operation of a plurality of object devices 2, and configured to acquire the device information and failure information of the connected object device 2, and to determine a maintenance action necessary for the maintenance operation by analyzing the acquired device information and failure information, and to present the determined maintenance action for providing a uniform service to the maintenance operation of the plurality of object devices 2. This terminal 1 includes a maintenance medium image group 13 of a program for maintenance, and configured to perform an operation equivalent to the operation of a CD-ROM or FD when it is viewed from the connected object device 2, and to load the necessary program from the object device 2.
