PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equipment confirming device having flexibility at low cost, and reducing the time and labor required for confirming the device in the equipment to surely carry out the confirmation work. SOLUTION: In this equipment confirming device, on a base 20 composed by integrally laminating a flexible film-like sheet 21 and a board 22 for fixing the sheet 21 on one side thereof, a label 31 having adhesion or magnetic force is removably attached to a predetermined position of the sheet 21.
