PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel for information display which can perform displaying colors without lowering the maximum reflectance and besides retaining excellent color reproducibility. SOLUTION: In the panel for information display, with which information such as an image etc. is displayed by sealing a group of particles including electrically charged particles in a cell formed with a partition wall between two substrates, of which at least one is transparent, as a display medium, imparting an electric field to the display medium by applying voltages to mutually opposing and perpendicular line electrodes arranged on each of the two substrates, and moving the display medium, and in displaying the colors by using a color displaying means of four colors so as to construct a display unit, the color displaying means of four colors are arranged as a 2×2 matrix so as to construct a dot, the color displaying means of four colors are arranged in one cell, and an area adjacent to the color displaying means is one or less in a direction orthogonal to a scanning electrode in the one cell.
