PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize an insertion starting location of a screen retaining member into an engaging groove formed in a net window frame when a screen is stretched in the frame, facilitate insertion of the retaining member into the engaging groove, and allow the operator to manually shove the retaining member into the engaging groove. SOLUTION: The retaining member 14 is formed by perpendicularly setting a leg plate 16 to a cover plate 15, and sequentially connecting fixing members 18 to the tip of the leg plate 16 via elastic flexible portions 17. Each fixing member 18 has a tip member 18a and a base member 18b. Further the fixing member 18 has a portion that firmly pinches the screen 12 in cooperation with the frame body 11 when mounting of the retaining member 14 in the engaging groove 20 is completed.
