ANTIALLERGIC BEVERAGE CONTAINING LACTOBACILLUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage suppressed in reduction of antiallergic activity of lactobacillus falling in a beverage through thermal history including long storage, heating and the like inevitably caused during the course of production, circulation or consumption of the beverage, and to provide a method for suppressing the reduction in antiallergic activity of the lactobacillus.

SOLUTION: The antiallergic beverage containing lactobacillus is obtained by addition of dry bacteria of the lactobacillus having antiallergic activity and milk components so as to suppress the reduction in the antiallergic activity of the lactobacillus in the beverage.
