<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of surely preventing at least intrusion of foreign matters, especially water, through a fitting part between a slinger 4 and a core 6 and an inner ring 8 and an outer ring 9 without carefully performing assembly work of a combination seal ring 1. <P>SOLUTION: A gelled substance with water repellency such as grease 25 is sealed in recessed grooves 23 and 24 provided on the fitting part.
