<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make irregularities of luminescent colors inconspicuous in a light emission device, and to prevent generation of irregularities in luminance. <P>SOLUTION: A light flux from the light emission device 4 is mainly irradiated from the light-controlling emission surface 6 of a light-flux controlling member 5, after the flux is taken into the inside of the light-flux controlling member 5 from a recess 14 and a back side 12. The travelling direction of an incident light from the recess 15 in the back side 12 to the light-flux controlling member 5, however, is hardly deflected to the side of a reference optical axis L, and the light incident from the ringed recess 15 in the back side 12 is not emitted from the light-controlling emission surface 6, or is emitted from the outer-peripheral edge of the light-controlling emission surface 6. Therefore, a light emission apparatus 11 efficiently and widely emits a uniform luminous light from the light-controlling emission surface 6 of the light-flux controlling member 5, without generating a ringed luminous portion to degrade a luminance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
