<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and accurately inspect phoria by an optometry frame W. <P>SOLUTION: The optometry frame W is for mounting some test lenses 13 for an inspection on a pair of test lens frames 11a and 11b and confirming the degree of visual acuity correction by the test lenses. Polarization filters 20, 20a and 20b are attached to a lens holder 11 so as to respectively cover the front surface of the test lens frames, and the polarization filters can be freely removed from the test lens frame front surface. The polarization filter 20 is removed as indicated in the figure in a normal visual acuity correction inspection, and the polarization filter 20 is made to face the front surface of the test lens frame in a deflection cross test. In such a manner, when it is attached to the optometry frame, since a distance between the polarization filter and the optometry frame W (face) or the like is fixed during the inspection using the polarization filter, the accurate inspection can be performed.
