<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain for a long time suppression of deterioration of a solid polymer electrolyte without causing deterioration of power generation performance in a solid polymer fuel cell power generation system. <P>SOLUTION: In order to immerse cells 111 of a stack of a fuel cell body 110 into metal ion solution 3 containing at least one kind of metals out of Ce, Tl, Mn, Ag and Yb, the power generation system is provided with opening and closing valves 125, 135, 142, a storage tank 141, a supply pump 143, and three-way valves 123, 124, 133, 134 or the like which supply the metal ion solution 3 into the stack of the fuel cell body 110 during shutdown of the power generation operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
