PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasmid vector for a Saccharomyces microorganism for allowing a Genetic-Tag-of-War (gTOW) method using a budding yeast to be applied to wide various target genes.

SOLUTION: The plasmid vector for the Saccharomyces microorganism at least includes a leu2d gene as a marker gene, and one or more base parts at 3' terminus side in a specific base sequence as a promoter region for regulating the expression of the leu2d gene.
