<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microparticle dry coating preparation wherein nuclear particles are coated with a medicament substantially with a crystal structure, and to provide a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The microparticle dry coating preparation, which has an average paticle size of 100 μm or smaller, is provided, where nuclear particles smaller than 100 μm in average size are coated with a coating agent and a medicament. This preparation is characterized in that the medicament has a crystal structure. The method for producing the microparticle dry coating preparation is also provided.
