PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gasket having such a structure that sheets having sealability are laminated on and adhere to both surfaces of a concentric corrugated metal thin plate as a wicking, ensuring stable seal performance over a long period of time under low to high clamp load while improving compatibility of sheet material and using thinner sheet. SOLUTION: A valley part 11a is buried from the beginning by filling powder sealant 14 into the valley part 11a of the metal thin plate 11, which is a void in the past. Thereby, the sheets 12, 13 above and under the valley part 11a of the metal thin plate 11, which could not be compressed with the low clamp load in the past, are compressed, and clamp surface pressure is secured over the whole surface under the low clamp load. In addition, deformation of the sheets 12 and 13 which is large in the past is suppressed, the sheets 12, 13 made of low-fluidity material as well as high-fluidity material can be used, and the thinner sheets 12, 13 can be used.
