PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door opening/closing device which prevents occurrence of a shock when a door moves to a closed position or an open position. SOLUTION: According to the structure of the door opening/closing device, a first cylinder 43 is provided with a damper mechanism which has a cylinder 12a and a rod (not shown) entering/leaving the cylinder 12a. When the cylinder 12a and the rod carry out relative movement so that the rod enters the cylinder 12a, the damper mechanism inhibits the cylinder and the damper from moving at a high speed but forces the same to move at a low speed. Specifically when the door 3 carries out closing movement to a location that is immediately before the closed position by a predetermined distance, the cylinder 12a abuts on a first abutting portion 41a of a casing side mounting member 41, and controls the door 3 so as to move to the closed position at a low speed. When the door 3 carries out opening movement to a location that is immediately before the open position by a predetermined distance, the cylinder 12a abuts on a second abutting portion of a second link 44, and controls the door 3 so as to move to the open position at a low speed.
