FIELD: heating systems. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is meant for heat and hot water supply to industrial and domestic objects and for heating process liquids. Rotary-vortex type heat generator consists of a housing the walls' inner surfaces whereof are fixed working members where between there arranged on the shaft is a movable working member the surface whereof is provided with swirlers uniformly distributed relative to each other, swirler fixed on the shaft, supply branch pipes and liquid heat carrier extraction branch pipes. Movable working member is made in the form of a hollow cylindrical rotor fixed on drive shaft. Inside fixed cylindrical housing there installed is an additional fixed working member made in the form of two cylindrical sleeves. Swirlers are made in the form of cylindrical through and blind holes inclined relative to surfaces they are located on. The above holes are located uniformly on end and cylindrical surfaces of hollow cylindrical rotor, sleeves and housing, at that, swirlers are inclined on the rotor in the direction of rotation, and on sleeves and end surfaces of housing - in opposite direction. Swirler fixed on the shaft is three-stage and is installed inside hollow cylindrical rotor, two supply branch pipes of liquid heat carrier are installed symmetrically from end walls of housing; branch pipe of extraction of liquid heat carrier is installed along the centre of cylindrical housing surface symmetrically relative to branch pipe of extraction of liquid heat carrier, along diametre of cylindrical housing there provided is a mixing chamber of differently directed flows of liquid heat carrier. ^ EFFECT: providing heat and hot water supply to industrial and domestic objects, and heating of process liquids. ^ 3 cl, 6 dwg |
