A cassette 2 adapted to fit into a substantially rigid housing 6 forming a shooting target 1; the cassette containing a pyrotechnic 4. Preferably the cassette is made from paper, card or metal foil and is disc shaped to fit into an annular rim in the housing. Optionally the pyrotechnic may be aluminium flash powder or black powder and the housing may contain ignition means. The ignition means can take the form of a disc shaped primer comprising red phosphorous and sodium chlorate. Optionally, the target may be a radio controlled plane. |
