FIELD: water-supply. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the equipment designed to treat and purify water and can be used in oil and gas production, oil and gas processing, chemical industries, metallurgy, pulp-and-paper industry, food production and other branches of national economy. The proposed device comprises a vertical pipe with its lower end submerged into treated water and an additional pipe arranged aligned with vertical pipe upper end. Note that the vertical pipe upper end communicates with the gas space, while the additional pipe lower end communicates with the water feed pipeline and its lower end accommodates a diffuser. Note that right below the latter, a tape-like stream-lining is arranged coaxially and with a gap, the taper apex angle being directed upward.
