FIELD: instrument making. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cleaning the products by free abrasives, particularly to devices designed for abrasion-jet processing of the product surface. the proposed unit comprises a mixing chamber with a compressed air inlet nozzle and an air-abrasive mix outlet nozzle, abrasive nit with branch pipe and an oscillating element mounted in the mixing chamber to mix the air-abrasive mixture. Aforesaid oscillating element represents a tube made from elastic material to allow the abrasive material to pass from the bin inside it. One end of the tube communicates with the bin branch pipe, while the other one is in contact with one of the mixing chamber walls to get out of balance on feeding compressed from compressed air inlet nozzle. ^ EFFECT: stable and intensive feed of abrasive jet on product surface. ^ 5 cl, 1 dwg |
