FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: inventions are related to product separation into solid and liquid phases by means of filter press. Filter press comprises pressing chamber with pressing piston and device for control of separation process. In pressing chamber with pressing piston installed in back position, wrung product is placed. At the first stage of motion piston is moved from back position without product pressing. At that volume of pressing chamber is reduced to volume of product placed in it. At the second stage of piston travel product is pressed and liquid phase is wrung out. Pressing piston at the moment of equality occurrence between volumes of pressing chamber and product installed in it is moved with rate that is less than average rate of its travel at the first stage. ^ EFFECT: this method may be used for separation of fruit or vegetable fiber into solid and liquid phases. ^ 23 cl, 5 dwg |
