FIELD: aircraft engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention concerns to aeronautic flying vehicles. The aerostatic apparatus consists of gondola (1), variable-volume enclosure (2), mechanism to the volume of the latter and system to change of parametres of gas contained in aforesaid enclosure. It additionally incorporates rigidly jointed oval rim (3) and oval disk (4), drive drum (5) installed on rim (3) parallel to its longitudinal axis. Enclosure (2) is made from an elastic material and represents a bag narrowing towards the bottom, its mouth being fixed on rim (3), while its bottom being attached to the drive drum.
