The valve cover has a pair of tabs (21) at the ends that are inserted into end sections (18) of an orifice in the tray deck (24). The tabs of the valve (21) cover abut against the underside of the tray deck while a pair of sloped portions (20) of the valve cover rest on the top side of the tray deck in order to hold the valve cover in place.
