FIELD: instrument making. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to control and measuring techniques and is intended for use in mechanical engineering for identification of heated metal and not-heated nonmetallic products. The device includes the sensitive element formed by two infra-red photodetectors and the inductive sensitive element placed there between and representing the induction coil placed in a ring groove of the ferrite core open end face, the ferrite core being furnished with a central bore. It incorporates also the capacitive sensitive element fitted inside of aforesaid central bore and aligned with it. At moving heated metal product relative to the sensitive element of the device, the product consecutively passes by the first infra-red photodetector, crosses the electromagnetic field of the inductive sensitive element, interacts with the electric field of the capacitive sensitive element and passes by the second infra-red photodetector. Note that the first output of the device processes the signal with logic level "1" and containing the data on identification of heated metal product. There is voltage with a level logic "0" at the second output of the device. In case of moving not-heated nonmetallic product, the signal with logic level "1", containing the data on identification, is processed only on the device second output, while there is logic level "0" exists on the device first output. ^ EFFECT: heated metal and not-heated nonmetallic products. ^ 4 dwg |
