<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power drive unit, in which a control circuit board can be attached easily to a gate drive circuit board without damaging the signal pins thereof and thereby stabilized electrical connection can be sustained between a control circuit and a gate drive circuit, while facilitating design of a conductor pattern being formed on the gate drive circuit board. <P>SOLUTION: A member 100 for connecting a gate drive circuit board 94 and a control circuit board 40 is provided, the connecting member is arranged with a positioning pin 108, a hole 134 through which the positioning pin 108 is inserted is made in the control circuit board, and the connecting member 100 is arranged between gate drive circuits 64a-64c for high-side switch and gate drive circuits 66a-66c for low-side switch on the gate drive circuit board. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
